7U (2016/17) = $170 ($150 BEFORE JAN 15, 2023)
9U (2014/15) = $195 ($175 BEFORE JAN 15, 2023)
11U (2012/13) = $220 ($200 BEFORE JAN 15, 2023)
13U (2010/11) = $225 ($205 BEFORE JAN 15, 2023)
15U (2008/09) = $265 ($245 BEFORE JAN 15, 2023)
18U (2005/06/07) = $265 ($245 BEFORE JAN 15, 2023)
